I have been a customer of this Company for a long time and they continue to amaze me with their integrity, courtesy and professional attitude. The installers continuously answered my millions of questions without even a hint of annoyance! They went up and down the stairs which are carpeted without leaving any stains of soil from going in and out the house, they covered everything and cleaned up when they were finished, all in a timely manner! Chris also checked to be sure things were as I wanted them to be and that things had been done correctly. This is my second Carrier AC and I am very satisfied with the performance and the dealer.

All of the employees I’ve had contact withfrom office staff to the installation crew have been top notch. The quality of your employees says a lot for your company. I’m very happy I chose the top end Carrier Heat Pump. The unit is amazing, almost as soon as it was turned on the water began to flow out of drain line. The only problem is it is so quiet (inside and out) that I have to stop and listen to tell it’s running. Great job, thank you to all involved.

The Perdido Heating and Air company representative assessed my current HVAC system and provided a very comprehensive repair vs. replacement analysis. Upon deciding to replace my system, I asked the representative to develop some replacement options. He returned and delivered a thorough description of four options that would provide exceptional performance, efficiency, reliability and a good return on rebates and tax incentives. Each option was priced to include all rebates and incentives. After deciding on an option, the components were immediately ordered, then sent to a coating specialist (an option I selected due to the corrosive salt water environment) and scheduled for installation within two weeks. Installation included removing old components, installing new air handler, compressor and intelligent thermostat, enlarging the air return opening, installed high end grills, completing cleaning and resealing the air return cavity and cleaning up after wards. Special care went into laying down floor covering from the front door to the air handler to protect my flooring against foot traffic. Two qualifies technicians performed the work and were very friendly and instructive on how to operate the system once installed. The company representative processed all rebates and incentives and after 30 days returned to inspect the installation, receive feedback on the installation process and the system’s performance with us, and to collect payment AFTER determining we were satisfies. I have never dealt with a more professional and customer oriented contractor as Perdido Heating and Air. My recommendation goes out to anyone in need of their services.

Roger and his team were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely and hard working. The crew worked for about12-13 hours installing our new unit on a 100+ heat day in Florida. They were so polite and never stopped working. They cleaned up after themselves—I guess I could say that they took what was a terrible experience for us and made it good. And now….we are cool and enjoying our new unit. I highly recommend Perdido Heating to anyone needing heating/ac work.

We’re not very happy to have committed to a complete new heating and air unit; however, after we give up a few scheduled Leisure Cruises, everything will fall back in place. Chris was our salesman and went above and beyond my expectations with the install of our new Carrier AC Unit. Chris took great care in the estimates I was given and really explained my options in great detail. He is a completely knowledgeable and capable technician. The young men (Tony & Jason) that installed our geothermal system were OUTSTANDING!!! Am so glad to see young folks like them being so professional in all aspects of their job… from fixing the air handling room so it was entirely sealed and no longer letting unfiltered air circulate throughout our home, to the laying of sod where the driller had left the front yard somewhat unsightly… Chris was also an OUTSTANDING young man, he was very patient was the wife & I, making sure we understood all the details of the installation and how the system works. 5 STARS (*****) all around!!! I chose another Carrier dealer and an independent outlet. The independent outlet was absolutely the pits in any choice level. The other Carrier dealer offered me one selection that was the same as the lowest of three that Perdido Heating and Air offered and at a much higher cost. I got the cream of the Carrier crop at a lower cost than that company offered for their product. I have dealt with Perdido Heating and Air for several years. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the honesty and exemplary customer service we have recently received from Chris at Perdido Heating and Air. Our AC went out for the second time in a couple of months and the technician from another company recommended that we replace the entire system. In response to that, we obtained several quotes to make sure that we were making an informed decision on such a major purchase. Having used Perdido Heating and Air in the past, they were one of the additional companies we called. Chris was honest in giving his opinion that he thought we could get by with a repair rather than replacement but provided quotes to us, as we requested, in a very timely fashion. Having reviewed the quotes and reconsidering his recommendation, we asked him to come do an assessment of the system to see if it could be repaired rather than replaced. In a couple of hours, he had repaired the system (identifying that one of the issues the other technician noted was not actually a problem) and had our AC running again for a fraction of the cost of a new system! We know that we will have to replace our HVAC system eventually but we are thankful for him taking the time to consider what is best for us at this time. Thanks again, Chris, we are truly grateful!

Mr. Devalcourt & his company seem to be a customer’s ideal professional service provider. I rarely rate anyone so high, but his attention to all aspects of replacing an existing unit were excellent. I am very detail oriented & particular. The modifications that were done in my home were with minimal visibility. I am so very happy with the unit he recommended, although it was more than what I expected to pay. But how often does one have to buy a new AC/Heating unit? His employees were very polite, professional & answered any questions I had. They picked up after themselves. You don’t see that much anymore although many of us homeowners expect it. I live in an area devastated by Hurricane Ivan in Sept. 04. It has been difficult to find quality service / construction companies. But, it is wonderful to know that Perdido Heating & Air is one I can depend on. I do not know of any one who needs a new AC / Heat Pump at this time, but I will surely pass on their name when I do.
